Dear Knananites,
Off late, I have been receiving posts with vicious personal attacks on our Holy Bishops and Priests. We who take the Word of God to heart are duty bound of the instruction to equip them. We call Holy Bishops and Priests with that job in mind. We need their leadership in reaching the lost and forlorn. We always have their understanding when pain knocks on our door.
Please understand that Personal attacks are a rhetorical strategy of attacking one’s opponent personally rather than attacking their views, argument, or stance on an issue. We need to keep the beam out of our eye before we work on the speck in someone else. I think we need to hold ourselves accountable to a higher degree and forget about holding our Holy Bishops and Priests to some unattainable standard that its clear no one can measure up to but Jesus.
Who are we to judge a powerful man of God, turn our backs, and show so little love, if anyone in the world is without sin, feel free to them, until then pray for the man of God who was and is the anointed of the Lord.
I request the recent posters to maintain relationships with Holy Bishops, Priests and other Knananites that are spiritually deep and please avoid aggressive/bullying posts or attack on them.Gracious consideration of the Holy Bishops and Priests as an individual person will enable us to serve together with greater ease and unity. We can claim hope for our churches, join hands for the work, and look forward to that sweet pleasure of accomplishment that our distinctive gifts make possible.
Knanaya Family Group with around 4000 members welcome Attack on opinion, not the person. The group shall not entertain BULLYING/ATTACKING MAILS AGANIST HOLY BISHOPS , PRIESTS OR ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS HEADS.
Thanks & Regards,
